A2. What should I expect after I place my order?
You will be contacted by email within 48 hours after placing your order to let you know that your order has been received and to confirm the items are available.  At that time, we will place all items you are interested in on HOLD.   Within 48 hours from placing your order, we will contact you with the final invoice including shipping.  You have 10 days to send payment for items on hold.

To pay by credit card, please use:

  • PayPal  - this is a fast, easy, and secure way to pay by credit card.  Once you have placed your order and specified PayPal as the desired payment method, we'll confirm your total cost with shipping along with our direct email address.  All you have to do is go to:, sign up, and select to "Send Money" to our email address. 
    Once we receive confirmation (about 5 minutes after your entry), the package will be prepared and mailed by the next business day.  It's that simple!  There is NO extra charge to use this service.

A4. Shipping to More Than One Person/Address
Feel free to send parts of your order to different addresses. Simply notify us of different shipping addresses and refer to them by name when selecting where to ship individual items.
Please note: You will be charged an additional shipping charge for each shipping address on your order.

A5. Shipping Outside the Continental United States
To our valued customers in foreign countries: Please browse through Days of Elegance, then email us to place your order and confirm shipping charges.  We must follow international shipping and customs regulations. All mail methods may not be available for all countries.  We use Global Priority to ship to Canada or Europe, which is normally $5.00 for small items.

A6. Gift Packaging
All items come in a white gift box ready to wrap.  If you would like us to do the wrapping, add $2.00 per item, notify us of the occasion, and we'll wrap in appropriate gift paper and add a ribbon. Free gift cards are also available that we can insert at your request.

A7. Air Shipment
Starting at $7.50 additional per shipping address, orders may be delivered within the continental USA within 3 working days. Orders for air shipments must be placed weekdays before noon Eastern Time. Some oversized items cannot be shipped by air.

Days of Elegance can afford to offer the great prices you see in this site due to our low overhead - we are a small business and we do our own photography and web design/maintenance, so we pass on our savings to you.  We do NOT sell wholesale - only retail (but it seems to be at wholesale prices   sometimes!)   Our merchandise is guaranteed to be as described - all high quality or your money back.
